The garment was checked on me, the seams to be adjusted were explained clearly, and the price was confirmed before the work started.

Frequently asked questions

Common Questions

A few quick answers about fittings, redesign projects, and how appointments work.

01

How do you price alteration work?

We start with an assessment of the garment, fabric, condition, and requested fit before confirming the scope and quote.

02

Do you take on redesign projects?

Yes. Garment redesign is a custom project with a deposit before work begins, and concept approval is required.

03

How long does a redesign usually take?

Turnaround for redesign projects is typically ten to twenty business days, depending on the garment and workshop capacity.

04

Can the garment be checked again at collection?

We can review fit or finish at collection and handle a small final adjustment if needed, while keeping the agreed design intact.

05

When are appointments available?

Yes. We work by appointment Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, with Saturday appointments available and Sunday closed.
